Halloween!!

We had great weather for Halloween. I took Carter to the park so he could ride his new bike. He LOVED it and did a great job!

Carter's masterpiece.. Harry Potter, Ron and Hermione at Hogwarts!

We got to go to the trunk or treat at Carter's school... Carter and his best buddy Davido!!

Carter had two costumes that he LOVED! Gandalf and Harry Potter. So I told him he could wear Harry Potter to his school party and Gandalf for trick or treating. He was one excited boy!!

I'm pretty sure he makes the best Harry Potter!

I am one lucky mom! I got to organize Carter's school Halloween party! I love being a mom and being able to go to these parties!!

That night for trick or treating, Carter decided to wear BOTH of his costumes. So he went out as Harry Potter and then as Gandalf!

We had a little potluck and had some friends over... This is what I made :)

And then it was time for trick or treating!!

Holding true to his personality, Chase refused to put on a costume. So we threw a Batman shirt on him and called it good...

We love Halloween and we had such a good day!!

Pumpkins!

When we got back from Spokane, it was time to do our pumpkins for Halloween. I decided to let the kids paint theirs this year... It was a lot easier and they had a blast!

Chase decided to get right in there with his hands!

Mom and dad still carved a few pumpkins, and the boys helped a little!

We found a castle pattern, so of course we knew just what to do with that. Nathan did an awesome job and spent a lot of time on this one! It turned out perfect!!

How will we top this one? 

Spokane 2...

We had so much fun in Spokane and we didn't want to leave!! 

We got to play in the leaves at Aunt Taraka's house...

And go to Triple Play for some swimming with Grandma Kelly and our cousins!!

We love this sweet little Jackson man!!

And Carter's dream came true... Aunt Tisha gave him their Harry Potter costume. To say he was happy and excited would be an understatement! He didn't take it off for weeks! 

Chase and Ava decided to compare bellies...

Lots of reading with Grandpa!

And some funny chats with Grandma!

We got to have a little Halloween party at Taraka's! 

And spend some time with Kathryn!!

And Grandma Kelly!! We are so spoiled!!!

And Carter's buddy Lisa... Lisa had her 40th birthday while we were there so Carter was so happy to celebrate with her!
We had so much fun and of course Carter cried for days when we came back. We are so blessed to have the greatest family and friends on earth!!!
